Public Notice Regarding Erroneous CSA Markings on Certain BendPak Materials and Products

BendPak Inc. has identified a limited number of product manuals and equipment nameplates that inadvertently included the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certification mark in error.

The affected models are listed below.

Upon discovery, BendPak took immediate corrective actions, including:

• Notifying affected customers and reseller partners.
• Providing replacement nameplates or cover up labels where applicable for known impacted units.
• Removing outdated documentation from all BendPak platforms.
• Requesting that dealers and distributors remove outdated or inaccurate manuals and materials from websites and other public-facing locations.
