OPEN-BOX ITEMS include products that have been opened or are slightly used. They are generally items returned due to original transit complications. Items used as floor or display models, as well as items opened or inspected due to periodic quality control measures.
Open-box and refurbished items carry a limited warranty and limited return policy and should be tested thoroughly when they are received. Be sure to read the warranty and return policy before you purchase one of these items.
Product conditions
Open-box or refurbished products include one of the following three condition ratings.
- Excellent - Like new with no scratches or dents. No missing parts.
- Good - Minor scratches or dents. No missing parts.
- Fair - Minor scratches or dents. Slight wear and/or grime. No missing parts.
