Recertified ITEMS are previously-owned products that have been returned to BendPak for various reasons. Typically, recertified products are fewer than three months old and are recertified to original specifications and functionality.

Open-box and recertified items carry a limited warranty and limited return policy and should be tested thoroughly when they are received. Be sure to read the warranty and return policy before you purchase one of these items.

Product Condition

All recertified products have been inspected, tested, and verified to meet operational standards. These units may have cosmetic imperfections resulting from shipping, handling, previous installation, demonstrations, or prior use.

Cosmetic imperfections may include scratches, scuffs, paint chips, dents, discoloration, surface rust, residue, or other signs of previous use. Cosmetic condition varies by unit and does not affect product performance, safety, or functionality.

Recertified products are sold based on their operational condition rather than cosmetic appearance. All required components are included unless otherwise noted, and actual cosmetic condition may vary from product photos.
